If you are a mommy-to-be for the second or third (or maybe even the fourth) time around, you know how wash and wear most maternity pieces are. It is so hard to find good quality that will last you for a year or more and then be able to be worn again the next go around. I recently had the opportunity to attend the Fall 2014 Rosie Pope Sneak Peak in New York City where I had the opportunity to check out the Rosie Pope Maternity Fall Collection. I just loved Rosie’s new looks for your maternity wardrobe this Fall!
All of Rosie’s pieces are made with high-quality cotton fabrics. Her goal is to ensure your maternity wardrobe is as beautiful as you are. Being pregnant is such a special time and you should feel and look your best. Her signature Ponte-knits do not pill – so go ahead and rub the heck out of that baby bump! Quite frankly, the feel and look of these pieces made me want to wear them (and I assure you there’s no baby bump here). As you progress into your pregnancy, clothing usually does not grow with you. Things you wore maybe in your 2nd trimester, start to feel constricting and uncomfortable into the third trimester. Rosie Pope’s Fall Maternity Collection stretches along with your growing bump and helps you looking your best by not showing any of those pesky lumps.
Our bodies are like infernos when we are pregnant. It doesn’t matter if it is the middle of summer or winter, you are always HOT and that means lots of sweating! All of Rosie’s 2014 Fall pieces use sweat wicking material (think workout gear). When you are spending good money on your clothes, Rosie felt you should not have to spend good money on your dry cleaning as well. That is why each and every piece is machine washable.
Each and every Maternity piece comes with a little excerpt from her book — Mommy IQ. Rosie’s hope is that the mom-to-be will feel empowered and maybe answer a question she was otherwise embarrassed to ask. Mommy IQ is a great guide to keep your confident and healthy throughout and after your pregnancy!
I was nervous about meeting a celebrity mommy guru, but Rosie Pope seemed like the friend you’d want to have at your next Mom’s Night Out!
