We are always hearing about how we should all be more aware of our heart health and for good reason! According to cardiosmart.org, in “2008 over 616,000 people died of heart disease, and in that same year almost 25% of deaths were due to heart related issues.” These are some pretty serious numbers so my husband and I decided we wanted to make our family more aware of our heart health.
We do many things that push us to live healthier lives and heart. For example, we watch our diets and exercise regularly. We also taking vitamins. Theres one other thing we make sure to do which is to include Campbell’s in our diets. Usually for lunch, we’ll make a soup and a half of a sandwich.
